<p style="font-family: Arial,'Helvetica Neue',Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000!important; background-color: #ffffff; border: 0; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 150%; vertical-align: top; word-wrap: break-word; padding: 0; margin: 1em 0 1em 0;"><span>El Rectorado de la UBA remitió a la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras una denuncia recibida en el Ministerio Público Fiscal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. La denuncia realizada mediante correo electrónico anónimo, se refiere al tratamiento en clases y toma de imágenes en la Facultad relativas a la desaparición forzada de Santiago Maldonado.</span><br style="border: 0; line-height: 150%; padding: 0; margin: 0;" /><span>"El tema es preocupante y representa una amenaza a derecho a manifestar, a la libertad de cátedra y a la autonomía universitaria. En sí mismo surge de una miserable operación de algún servicio de inteligencia, habilitada en el mejor de los casos torpemente por el Ministerio Público Fiscal de la Ciudad. Pero nos llama profundamente la atención la actitud de convalidación burocrática de la SPU y del Rectorado, que contrasta claramente con el freno que le puso a la operación la decana Graciela Morgade haciéndola pública" señaló Federico Montero, Secretario General de FEDUBA, gremio que agrupa a los profesores de la UBA.</span><br style="border: 0; line-height: 150%; padding: 0; margin: 0;" /><span>El correo electrónico fue enviado por el Ministerio Público Fiscal al Ministerio de Educación de la Nación, Secretaría de Políticas Universitarias, "a los efectos de poner en su conocimiento y a los fines que Ud. estime corresponder". Asimismo, desde la SPU se envía el requerimiento al rectorado, "en el marco de su autonomía y autarquía, se remite copia de dicho documento, a los fines que estime corresponder". El tema se mantiene en un nivel extrajudicial ya que no se ha producido expediente, limitándose las autoridades a circularlo con los fines "que se estime corresponder". Desde FEDUBA nos preguntamos ¿cuáles son los fines que se supone "estime corresponder"?</span><br style="border: 0; line-height: 150%; padding: 0; margin: 0;" /><span>Desde Feduba vamos a seguir impulsando actividades para exigir la aparición con vida de Santiago Maldonado.</span></p>
