junio se encuentra abierto el sistema SIGEVA - UNLP para las convocatorias de Acreditación de Proyectos de Investigación y Desarrollo para el año 2018 (Proyectos I+D 2018) y para la Acreditación de Proyectos Promocionales de Investigación y Desarrollo (PPID-UNLP 2018)<br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> El sistema estará habilitado hasta el día viernes 2 de junio del corriente.</span><br /> <br /> La recepción de las copias impresas sera por Duplicado hasta el día miércoles 7 de junio.<br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">PRESENTACIÓN</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * Los Directores deberán realizar la presentación a través del</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> sistema SIGEVA – UNLP (Usuario Presentación/Solicitud).</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * Se considerarán válidas las presentaciones impresas que</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> contengan el código de barra que genera el sistema con</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> posterioridad al envío electrónico.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * No se aceptarán las impresiones preliminares.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">Presentación impresa (por duplicado):</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*Los Directores deberán*</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * imprimir la solicitud del proyecto desde el sistema SIGEVA-UNLP</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * entregar la solicitud en la respectiva Unidad Académica,</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> debidamente firmada.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * Si correspondiera, se deberá contar con la aprobación del</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> Comité de Ética o Comité Institucional para el Cuidado y Uso de</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> Animales de Laboratorio (CICUAL) para llevar a cabo el plan del</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> proyecto presentado.</span><br /> <br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*En la solicitud deberá constar las firmas de*</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * el Director/Codirector e integrantes del proyecto,</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * el Director de la Unidad de Investigación,</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * el aval del Decano de la Unidad Académica.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*PROYECTOS PPID:* En el caso que los Directores/ Codirectores</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">requieran ser considerados con "Formación Equivalente" lo</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">deberán solicitar en forma explícita mediante nota adjunta a la</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">presentación del proyecto.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*Un proyecto se considerará presentado cuando*</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * el Director haya realizado la presentación a través del sistema</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> SIGEVA-UNLP</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * y se haya entregado la documentación papel en la *Secretaría de</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> su Unidad Académica*, dentro de los plazos establecidos.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * Aquellos proyectos que sean considerados no admisibles, no serán</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> tenidos en cuenta para la acreditación.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*PROCEDIMIENTO RESUMEN:*</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * El sistema SIGEVA-UNLP (Usuario Presentación/Solicitud) estará</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> habilitado hasta el día viernes 2 de junio de 2017.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * Cada Director deberá acceder al sistema SIGEVA-UNLP (Usuario</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> Presentación/Solicitud) y realizar la carga del proyecto y</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> enviarlo.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> * Una vez enviada la solicitud del proyecto a través del sistema,</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> cada Director deberá imprimirla y entregarla en su respectiva</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;"> Unidad Académica, debidamente firmada.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*IMPORTANTE:*</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">Una vez que el director accede al sistema SIGEVA-UNLP (Usuario</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">Presentación/Solicitud), podrá observar un listado de convocatorias</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">vigentes y deberá seleccionar la convocatoria correspondiente de</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">acuerdo al tipo de proyecto:</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*PROYECTO I+D BIENAL 2018:*</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">convocatoria correspondiente a Proyectos de Investigación y</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">Desarrollo cuya duración es bienal.</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*PROYECTO I+D TETRA ANUAL 2018:*</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">convocatoria correspondiente a Proyectos de Investigación y</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">Desarrollo cuya duración es tetra anual.</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*PROYECTO PPID 2018:*</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">convocatoria correspondiente a Proyectos Promocionales de</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">Investigación y Desarrollo</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">En el caso que el Director desee postularse a dos proyectos I+D de</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">igual duración, deberá hacerlo en la convocatoria mencionada</span><br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">anteriormente y en la siguiente, según corresponda:</span><br /> <br /> <span style="white-space: nowrap;">*SEGUNDO PROYECTO I+D
