<p>El Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) invita al Primer Congreso Iberoamericano de Ciencia y Justicia, a realizarse los días 19 y 20 de septiembre en el Centro Cultural de la Ciencia (C3) del Polo Científico Tecnológico. El evento, de carácter gratuito, es coorganizado con la Cátedra de Cultura Jurídica de la Universitat de Girona, España. Quienes quieran asistir deben inscribirse previamente haciendo <a href="http://platon.conicet.gov.ar/lists/lt.php?id=K00CW18NDwYJD0hQAlRQTlAPDgQB">click aquí</a>, ya que los cupos son limitados.</p>
<p>Las jornadas están destinadas a investigadores y becarios en ciencias de aplicación forense del CONICET y universidades, magistrados, funcionarios y empleados de los Poderes Judiciales, de las Fuerzas de Seguridad, estudiantes, y otros.</p>
<p>Los objetivos del encuentro serán identificar, desde la ciencia y la tecnología, las necesidades de la justicia de la región en los procesos de resolución de conflictos complejos. El aporte inmediato de la labor será el acercamiento entre los referentes de la ciencia y la tecnología argentina y de sistemas de justicia del país e Iberoamérica, como estímulo a la proyección de acciones conjuntas: participarán como disertantes reconocidos especialistas, científicos, tecnólogos y juristas argentinos y extranjeros que expondrán experiencias en casos judiciales en que los saberes no jurídicos colaboraron para la solución en juicios de alta complejidad o relevancia institucional.</p>
<p>Entre los investigadores del sistema de ciencia están convocados expertos en aplicaciones forenses de las siguientes disciplinas: entomología forense, biogenética, Ciencias Sociales, fecundación asistida, Biología Molecular, Medio Ambiente, Informática Forense, Antropología Social y Física aplicada. En tanto, desde el campo jurídico, confirmaron su presencia Jordi Ferrer Beltrán, Carmen Vázquez Rojas y, Joan Pico i Junoy de España , Mauricio Duce de Chile , Zoraida García Castillo de México, y de Argentina Laura Pautassi, Marisa Herrera y Eduardo Oteiza.</p>
