Dear colleague,
we are glad to announce that registration is now open for our School
on Dark Matter, which will take place at the ICTP-SAIFR in São Paulo
(Brazil) in June 27 - July 9, 2016.
The school is devoted to Master and Graduate students, and aims at
making them familiar with all the aspects of the Dark Matter problem
(cosmological, astrophysical, and particle physics), both on the
theoretical and observational side. On the top of standard lectures,
we plan exercise/practical hand-on sessions with teachers, so that by
the end of the school participants shall be able to actively
participate in research projects in the field.
We would be grateful if you could circulate this information in your
institutes and share it with your students (and young postdocs, too).
We are proud to announce that participation to the school is free
(once students are accepted, there is no registration fee for
attending classes) and some (limited) funding is available for local
support.
