We are pleased to announce the workshop 

 _MATHEMATICAL ASPECTS IN NON EQUILIBRIUM SYSTEMS: FROM MICRO TO MACRO_ 

which will take place in Erice, at the Center for Scientific Culture
Ettore Majorana, from October 30th to November 4th 2024.  

The workshop is multidisciplinary and is meant to gather together
experts in various aspects of Non-equilibrium Thermodynamics and Quantum
Physics, with a particular focus on some mathematical aspects for micro
and for macroscopic systems. Among others, the following topics will be
covered: 

_Complex systems - Irreversible Thermodynamics - Systems out of
equilibrium_ 

_Quantum transport - Quantum technologies - Quantum ideas in applied
sciences_ 

_Decision making - Mathematical aspects of non-Hermitian Quantum
Mechanics_
