Dear all,

at Universidad de Oviedo we seek highly qualified candidates for a 
postdoctoral position, The successful candidate will work 50% of their 
time at the CMS trigger (DT and L1 trigger operation and Phase-2 
upgrade), and 50% of their time with me at *spiking networks implemented 
in neuromorphic chips for particle physics applications* and other 
topics of interest of MODE (https://mode-collaboration.github.io/). 
Applications of neuromorphic computing within CMS are also welcome.
The position is initially for one year (starting as soon as possible), 
with the possibility of renewal based on mutual agreement and funding 
availability.

candidates should mention their wish to work at MODE topics, possibly 
mentioning a focus on neuromorphic computing. *Review of applications is

The candidate doesn't need to have a PhD already but is expected to have 
defended their PhD (and have a certificate demonstrating it---e.g. a 
certificate that a successful PhD defense has taken place) *one month 
prior to the desired starting date.*
