Dear Colleagues,

          We would like to bring to your attention BNL's EIC Theory 
Institute formed with the goal of broadening and deepening our 
understanding of the
scientific opportunities made possible by the EIC.
          A central feature of this institute is a vibrant and diverse 
program of short-term, mid-term and long-term visitors to BNL. Further
