The Theory Group at the Physics Department of the University of Roma
"Tor Vergata" is pleased to announce the opening of a tenure-track
position (Ricercatore a Tempo Determinato di tipo B, RTD FIS02/A2) in
String Theory and the rich interplay between gauge theories and quantum
gravity.
Successful candidates are expected to carry on high-quality research in
the field and achieve the National Scientific Habilitation (ASN
Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale) to the role of Associate Professor
(Professore di II fascia) within the first couple of years so as to
obtain the tenure at the end of the third year. Teaching courses in
Theoretical or Mathematical Physics will be required.
