Dear Colleagues: 

We are pleased to announce the It From Qubit School that will take place
in Bariloche, Argentina, from January 8 to 13, 2018. The school will be
preceded by a Workshop from January  4 to 6. This is part of the
collaboration "It From Qubit" sponsored by the Simons Foundation.  Among
the goals of the collaboration is the realization of schools putting
together students and researchers on quantum information and high energy
physics. 

The topics covered include: 
Entanglement in quantum field theory 
Holographic entanglement 
Quantum Chaos 
Quantum error correction and tensor networks 
Quantum Complexity 
Black holes and quantum information 

We are asking you to forward this announcement to advanced students and
postdocs who might be interested in attending the school. The
application is through the web page
