*RESUMEN*: This talk gives an overview of the ATLAS forward detectors
project with special focus on the detectors of forward protons at 210
m from the central proton-proton collision point.

The physics potential of the ATLAS detector with the additional requirement
of intact forward leading protons is reviewed.
